i bougth a redmi 3s prime yesterday but it has no botton light and this annoys me ...other things for this phone is good...but the botton light

This phone works great, only if u use Cyanogenmod 12.1

All the problems that people are complaining here because they are using stock ROM which is SUCKS BALLS. MIUI is shit. CM ftw

This is the worst phone I have ever used. Camera, does not work downloaded another one. still cuts off when I want to use it. Maps, phone shuts down when trying to look places up (Always know where you are going this phone will let you down). Shuts off 20 or more times a day. So many things on this phone are just plain bad. By the time you spend good money on this phone that does not work you could have bought a really good Samsung phone.

i already use this phone for 2 months and it work great. no lag. re boot or error in touchscreen.i play 'heavy'games without problem. battery is great. it's good

Very dissappointed with the phone. It really kills the overall experience of the smartphone if you've used other phones like HTC, samsung, apple etc.
The phone's wifi hotspot stops working all of a sudden and doesn't respond at all. It freezes too often and you can't run more than 2 apps smoothly. If you're texting on messanger and you need to go to gallery, you're in trouble.
They've tried to pack so much useless features in such a low end phone and none of them work proplery. For example the age detection on front camera. It's a total misery. I've been using this phone for 2 months now. The only good thing is it's battery life which is very impressive.
It boasts max of 1.5Ghz quad core processor. Wait a sec, that ain't help at all if your software is all buggy and doesn't know how to handle priorities.
The phone goes to low power mode all of a sudden for no reason and I've there looking at the screen and waiting for it to respond to a button.
Also the 4G has a huge problem.
Say you're streaming something.
50% of the time it's working great. You're happy and loving the phone and when you're in the middle of the streaming the network stops responding and you're ditched all the way in to the whole.
I do not recommend this phone.

Already owned Redmi 3 since 4 month ago for my daughter, but I trial use for 1 month and what can I say -
1.Best ever battery lifespan.
2.no issue as they mentioned before (reboot/wifi/connection).
3.Better photo quality in normal condition(enough light).
But there is a little bit of issue - 1.Whatsapp will not receive msg if you fully close the app. Solution - Need to open & just home.Don't close the whatsapp.
2.Microphone not clear for recording video or audio.
3.Worst image quality if use flash for photo or video(Pink/red image).
4.Video image nice but the movement got a little cracks.
5.Facebook via browser mode - During typing comment,Comment box will block by keypad when enter 2nd rows.
6.Touch screen too sensitive. While scrolling,sometimes the story/subject/title which my finger touch on will appear but actually I'm scrolling.
But if you use for several days, you will understand and accept.
