Hi Rizki, if you are distribution rom, better change now to global stable rom. you will never get miui 8 update. For tutorial, you can find in google or join xiaomi redmi 3 pro indonesian (facebook).

Well I'm using this phone 3 weeks and believe me it is the best thing I ever had in hand!
And the battery? 3 days in a roll and atm it is on 40%, pretty interesting ha ;)
The camera is awesome, the miui interface too. I recommend it to all the people.
Buy the phone, you will no regret about that.
