Inside downloads menu ;at the right top corner; there is a seeting menu.. Go to the "download size limit" and choose "unlimited". I hope these way can solve your problem.

Who ever thinking bout this HP,plz look here.
Today is the 2nd day I using this HP but it feels like I using it for 10 years EDI.
Really bad,cuz mine is global version,but I can't use the YouTube,it is restricted and I can't uninstall it cuz it is a system app in this HP.
The screen is juz so sensitive , whenever I scroll it will not move but click into the link when I touch the screen. Especially when I'm using Facebook,I can't scroll at all cuz it kept clicking into the page when I try to scroll.
Camera is OK but not good .
Battery OK but juz OK.
Before this I was using meizu m2,it is working fine so fine,I changed this HP cuz someone stole my m2.
So my feelings right now,buy this HP,haha,u will be the one who is giving same opinion here soon.
