Actually, those shops which sell these phones in our country, most of them try to get the Global ROM version. So, it is easy for us to buy. Otherwise if anyone got the custom ROM version, they can easily change it to Global ROM version from those shops.
You may take help from a shop which sells this type of phone in your country.

tang na new, 17 Jun 2016alcatel flash plus 2 beats this!!! it has a mediatek helio ... moreif you say so, then meizu m3 note would beat Redmi Note 3 Pro for gaming performance with same Helio P10. But that's not happen.

I searched on the MUIU website. They have the Chinese ROM (stable). I'll have to manually flash Gapps.
