Andrd phne sme time gets hanged and we often remove our battery and fix the hang prob. But in ds cse i cant remove the battery.so i am asking if my phne gets hanged what to do????
I am trying to know if my prime then what to do???

BISWAJIT, 28 Sep 2016Same issue, mine is not charging, got this device on 16th s... morethats why i bought from reseller. always able to change my phone to a new set (should there be any problem). i never changed as i never face any issue. sorry for your bad experience, but this phone is a catch imo.

Kritos, 29 Sep 2016Great phone... been using for 2 weeks.no issue noted. Great... moreat night, you can give HHT mode a try. similar with HDR, but its meant to be for low light scene. the dynamic is quite good.

Great phone... been using for 2 weeks.no issue noted. Great camera. Great pictures even at night with HDR. Battery lasts 3 days with normal use and 2 days intensive use. The apps are very responsive...very satisfied for a USD 140 phone.

kemil, 27 Sep 2016men you can return it .. from where you have purchased it ?... moreSame issue, mine is not charging, got this device on 16th sep, till date it is not been replaced nor anybody came for reverse pickup. Pls guys i'll request you all not to buy this phone. Because mi does not take serious responsibility when it comes their turn to replace.
