Just sharing.
For those who faced random reboot / blue screen, just update your phone to miui 8. That'll solve the issue.

i purchased a redmi 3s prime (16gb) phone via Flipkart. The delivery was too fast. Before i purchased the mobile i read so many reviews. and all the reviews are good.. after the delivery i started to use the phone. Amazing performance and so profitable by this rate.But the 3rd day phone is going shutting down automatically. then i return the product.Anybody got the same complaint?

there was disadvantages in this i.e. there is no auto recording calls, if it is there it is fine for buy it.

Having dilemma about the customer service provider coz for some reason if it gets any defect after a month or 2 how can I get it fixed as fast coz customer service centres r few and they do it slow

Not bad all good phone just one disadvantage back is not grippy and no screen protection
