I am working with JIO.I brought handset for Volte use only. Initially it has supported reliance JIO's SIM but once updated I am not able to call from inbuild dialer.Now Have requested return.

I has purchased this phone from Flipkart on 9 August. I am not getting one thing..when i call some one and put that phone nearby to my ear that time screen light goes off and when I need between the call to dial something but screen light does not on after pressing unlock button also..it on only when call is disconnect..
If any know how to do this just suggest me

After using the phone .... about 8 days..... there was heat problem I'm facing......
And suddenly it's battery...got down.......
Why did this happen?????
And it's battery backup .... continuously.... getting down...
Although .... Internet..... opening is quite slow....
.....
Plsssss...
