takes 2 hours at most to charge completely.An awesome phone definitely worth its price.

it takes more than 5hours for this device to completely charge with the charger supplied in the box. Is it just my phone or are you guys having this problem too.

The screen mirroring is not working in 3s prime . There is an issue with MIUI. Even the latest version has not solved the problem. Xiaomi is not responding to the plight of the users.

Adnaan wani, 05 Apr 2017Very good phone two day battery backup but heating problemPethetic service... service centers are ment for picking your pockets.. they will never give you service under warranty.. they will just make you fool by one or another reason... never buy such Chinese phone.. they are just good for nothing.. you will not get any service after you buy...

If anything goes wrong with the device, let's say your screen cracks or there is even a slight dent on the body, say goodbye to your warranty.
My 3s prime stopped charging, Mi refused to fix it as the screen had a hairline crack.
Wasted 9k for 3 months use.
P.s. the phone charged fine for one month even after that hairline crack.
