their is no personel wal... moreYou can use personal wallpapers on home screen also on lock screen in many different steps.
i am telling you one way:
open gallery app and then open the wallpaper that you like. tap on the wallpaper and then click on more(the 3 dots) and then select "set as wallpaper"
