It's an Amazing Product Well Optimised Great Value for money Should not Expect More But Xiomi Should Give Regular Quality Updates. In Belgaum City Which is Second Capital of Karnataka We don't have Service centre I have Mi Pad RedmiNote 3 32gb& 3s Prime So far No problem. 5 Star.

hi all, i bought redmi 3s prime in its first sale on 9th aug..phone is ohk in this price range and working well. more ram is free to set. after update, there is no issue regarding heating or fingerprint..the main drawback is about CAMERA PICTURE QUALITY..ITS feels like 3 or max 5 megapixel not as redmi highlighted is 13 mp...not at all..front camera is also worsen like .3 or 1.5 megapixel only...soo much blurred pictures..i can challenge redmi on this issue and sent a notice regarding quality check of camera..otherwise phone is ohk..

sometimes network gets too low but that is not the issue of the phone.
can make a video call from native dialer only.
