AnonD-620327, 13 Dec 2016I got a Redmi 3S prime with 2gb of RAM and 32gb ROM YES RAM... moreif u got a 2gb ram phone with same specs as of 3s prime then that phone is an offline model of mi.redmi 3s plus.I found it in a nearby shop.You can only find that name as "redmi 3s +" on the back of ur phone box.

I got a Redmi 3S prime with 2gb of RAM and 32gb ROM YES RAM is 2GB instead of 3GB all specifications are same as Redmi 3S prime with 2GB RAM instead of 3GB Don't know what I got Is redmi 3s prime or something duplicate in the name of Redmi 3S prime is Redmi 3S prime now coming with 2GB of RAM?? Someone help me please so disappointed I am after spending 9k of money on this device and getting a 2GB RAM device instead of 3GB

it is a wonderfull phone.
Good battery backup
Fast in dialing and operation.
Not hanging during 3D games.
No heating issue.
Earlier I was using Samsung 3s and Lenovo K3 note.
Lenovo K3 note was worst phone ever.
Over all good phone
and fast delivery by E Bay.

Pratik first u have to charge u r mobile full 9 hours then u . Do all work on mobile until the battery comes to 15% then switch off .then reopen when the battery is come to 99% then open it u r problem will be solved. . It will take 4 hours max. To be full charge okk. . .

I updated my Redmi note 3 prime and its showing enter password, but I have 4 digit PIN, post entering the PIN it says incorrect password.
Please guide as I cannot open my phone, also its not identifying the finger print now
