I'm facing problem with redmi 3s,when I hand over the mobile to some other person I'm getting slight shock..It happened twice today.I'm not able to figure out what's wrong with the handset can u let me know as soon as possible why is this so??

fingere sensor is very good i like it front camera quality is very good it's not like artificial

Worst Mobile :
Am using Redmi 3S prime since past on month i never ever seen like this worst mobile. always getting switch off, hanging and i can't explain anything more. Whenever am having important conference call its getting heat and switch off.
Only am satisfy with camera quality other than nothing.

Anonymous , 10 Dec 2016I have problem with my network.. It's always switching t... moreits a problem which can be solved by your network provider. if there is congestion in network or if the area you are using the phone has bad network, the network switches to lower bands like 2 g or LTE.

I took a new mi Redmi 3s prime but camera hasn't working,I took two first snaps later it says UNFORTUNATELY CAMERA HAS STOP.REPORT FOR DEBUGGING,where is the error how to solve this problem, I don't know..???? Anyone who can learn me ?

harish, 10 Dec 2016I ordered redmi 3 s prime ...do i get earphone with that?.i... moreNo earphone provided by mi. But it doesn't matter. Phone is quite good. Good display, sound, processor , battery (1.5-2) days , no lag, no heating problem.
Only drawback is hybrid sim slot & average camera but better in this price segment.
Free earphones are just useless.
You must buy philips earphone SHE3205 worth rs.699 from Flipkart. Superb sound quality specially with this phone. Just buy 32 gb version 3s prime (not 16gb) and enjoy.
