Hey guys!please,somebody help me!my phone doesn t show me the sender of a message on the screen,only the nr.,even though the sender is in my agenda.only If i open the message folder i can find the name of the sender message,it seems to me strânge.can Any one help me with a suggestion?

Can't swipe notification on lock screen.
And some times behavior of phone as hanged
And i need to press center button to make it normal

shanmu, 29 Nov 2016I am next week purchase in 3s prime. This phone will be OK?this phone is great, but why don't you look at redmi 4 prime that price is similar to this but performance is way better? both are 5" display

Nags, 30 Nov 2016All said and done about the phone..i have been using this p... moreYes true... Even my mob hanged and after some days after it just gone blank while watching video. And now my mob is in service centre from past 20 days. My 2 friends are also using redmi 3s prime and their mob also hanging once in a day. I bought after seeing nice specification in 10000 bt now regretting. Just avoid friends buying this. You never know when your mob will be hang or just turn off .

All said and done about the phone..i have been using this phone from last 2.5 months and it got hanged twice and today unbelievably incident that the screen on its own turned black and the phone became unoperational..This was not that was expected.
Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiineeeeeeeeeeeeeese product you bet you cant trust.

I'm using this mob since one month... Im facing only one issue in this mob that is when I'm in Cal other end person can't hear my voice clearly...kindly provide solution to clear this mic issue

never buy this phone, as 3s prime having problem of heating while using and more over company is unable to replace phone under 10 days replacement guarantee 45 days gone of complaint still waiting for company action to resolve/ replace phone.

I have recently bought Redmi 3s it has 2GB RAM but it shows 1GB RAM available.Please tell me how to make it 2GB RAM available,or I have bought wrong phone with 1GB RAM..

In specifications wise it is the best mob in 1000.Bt in real uses there are so many problem.
Pros- amazing battery,compact phone,..just love with it's battery back up
Cons - Mobile hanged 2 times in a day.. charging time is 3-4hr.. camera always hanging in dark places or low light area.. and some time network signal problem in low network area where as my old nokia and moto g2 gets full network..
Now I am now regretting bt seriously battery is amazing and fingerprint sensor also..
I don't think it's a good mobile as basic function is network which is relatively low.

nanf, 17 Nov 2016my proximity sensor is also not working. when i am talking ... morehello i am taking my word back after few intial problem.
now i know the setting.
there is no heating issue it only get slightly warm near camera
try coolpad ,sony z3 and z3+ they are all heat pad.
battery avg 1d only last 20% drain fast.
