I have got my self Redmi 3s Prime (32GB) , and i'm loving this ph. However I am unable to use the fingerprint to click selfi. While unlocking, the ph and apps, fingerprint is working fine. How can I fix this .. Please help

I've bought my on AliExpress. It is made in China, VoLTE ready. But no VoLTE in my country ( overall it is a good phone. I bought it because I wanted something compact but fast enough. I don't have any problem so far.
