Fingerprint Sensor is sometimes seen as not responding as i should again use the pattern to unlock...is der anyone facing the same??

I purchased this phine before every thing was fine except Rebooting issue which spoiled my all experience Even after Updating to MIUI 8 it still remains same and even after factory reset. I want to know that this is common issue with All redmi 3s prime or the product k received was faulty.
And even i have seen so many reviewsreviews by at YouTube but no one disclose this rebooting issue and when i checked it about this issue via google then i found thatvso many People are facing this issue.
And now i doubted on the people who give reviews about product on YouTube.....i think company pay them to give good review.. Even i asked same rebooting issue in the comments sectio below but they never revert to my question...

Is not upto specification.specially network reception is worst.any cheap phone has better call clarity.internet access through sim is terrible

I have the phone.Hate MIUI and the fingerprint reader is a hit or miss many times but its good VFM for users like me. When I say me, I mean people who want a 5" device, 3gb ram, 32gb storage, a decent snapdragon processor and don't want to spend too much.

I have purchased two Redmi 3s price phone few days back. Out of two, one is not possible to charge. I have tried with other charger too, still facing same problem.
Anybody can help to solve this issue.
