1 of the disadvantage of this phone is lack of "Wi-Fi 802.11 a", without which we cannot connect to 5G wifi band and access that speed.

don't update to 8.5.4, it's not stable. my 4x has this bug with mp3/4, it randomly pauses while playing when I have a headset plugged in. I didn't have this bug before updating, other than that phone is superb.

This phone supports USB OTG and full charging time takes around 4 hours from empty battery because of his long battery life... wonderful phone ;)

i'm using redmi 4x now, it's an awesome phone for it's price range and the battery life is impressive. I got 9+ hours of screen on time on this phone

Got miui 8.5.2 update today on my redmi 4 india. Lots of changes. Download size was 284mb. It is not android 7 nougat though.
