Redmi 4 is getting popular for its storage feature, but guys its storage is already alomst full, i.e. 2 days before I buyed this phone, but its showing only 2.4 gb RAM free out of 4gb and 54gb ROM out of 64gb. I have not even downloaded single app till now. I don't understand where has been this space used. Also camera quality is average. It's design is attractive . Nothing so special about this phone as a new user. I was excited about my new phone (redmi 4 ) but its disappointing.

I have samsung J7 and redmi 4x but redmi 4x Better back up is not good in compare to samsung J7 with 4100mAh.

I brought Redmi 4x but i have a sound problem, after playing 10 to 15 minute the sound gets stop.

Hello! I wanted to provide my honest review.
First little background. Over years i used Xperias. Can't remember first one but then it was Xperia Ray, then Xparia Z and Z5. I also had access (girlfriend) to Galaxy S6. My point is i do know how premium phone "feel" like.
I broke my phone (joy of my work) and this time i told my self i am not gonna buy premium phone because i don't have money and honestly to me it appear that at this point even midrange phones are enough for what i need (i don't play games on my phone ever).
I was reading a lot and my decision went on at that time totally unknown Redmi 4x. I bought 2gb ram, 16GB version.
Lo and behold now 3 month later i am still IMPRESSED with phone each and every day.
First of all MIUI. Wow just wow. Everything one need is there. And degree of customization is just remarkable. Truly it is. I am finding it better then Xperia version. Plus there are mighty tools, security software etc.
Camera is ABSOLUTELY amazing for that price.
Fingerprint scanner - i don't know what people are talking about when they say somehting is woinky or "moving" behind fingerprint scanner. I guess they have clones or something. Btw i bought 3gb ram and 32gb for my girlfriend and there everything is ok with scanner as well.
Screen is on par with everything else i saw until now. It is not Z5 screen but it is decent and more then you can ask for.
Build quality is actually great and whole phone feels premium.
I think they only spared on lack of illuminated buttons and that's it.
Overall i am VERY and honestly impressed with what this phone is, how it works and it feel great 3 month later. Did i said my battery is lasting almost 4 days ?!?!!!! But remember i don't play games just using it for daily emails, a lot of talking and photo taking. Even though on any of my xperia phones, Xperia Z5 and Z battery never lasted more then day and something little. On Redmi 4x it is just remarkable.
For midrange i think this phone does have everything above midrange and i highly recommend it to everyone. Just buy original.

voice recordings or voice in video is like terrible, ive been waiting for a fix for so long but nothing... the noise cancellation mic remains active and cancels out almost all the audio... sounds robotic or tinny...

Redmi 4 Honest Review -
One of the best out there from MI. Completely value for money.
(+)Economical, Stylish, Powerful, Above avg. Camera, Said to get android 7 & MIUI 9 update soon, Has OTG support, Decently fast & smooth, Fingerprint decent, Huge Battery giving 10-12 hrs of non-stop heavy usage.
(-)Only downside is heating (heats a lot during charging, even after update) & poor RAM Management by MIUI (60-70% RAM used all the time, even with no app running in foreground). Also, difficult to get one due to unavailability.
