don't recommend at all..
using dual whatsapp delays receiving messages, media in whatsapp won't load after downloading.
no option to wakeup screen with tapping..
auto screen brightness not working.
these are the problems I know of just after 2 days of using...

I bought this phone before few days, now I noticed that there is some issue with this phone
like:- heating problem while charging
camera quality is not good
some time touch is not working
over all ram is good phone is not working properly,

One major issue with this phone is that the vibration motor is very weak. I cannot feel the vibration when my phone is in my pocket. Any help/suggestions?

i think those who got the 8.2.12 update are those using the redmi 4x. i have checked my redmi 4 india for updates and there is nothing.

Guys phone overall is good. But screen is so bad. I mean i had it for 3 days and i was trying to be so careful but it still got scratched. So put any kind of screen protection on your phone as soon as you get it.

At this price range redmi4x 3/32 gb is the best. but still i have one tension, Since it has a hybrid sim card sloth, m not using memory card, m using dual SIMs. so in case i have a hardcore hanging problem and i have no choice other than a hard reset, everythings will be gone

Roger , 20 Jun 2017Bought this phone. Used it for 4 days and returned it back ... moreI agree with the noise in video recording. Even my cheaper no brand phone does a better job.
However, other features are good. GPS is precise. Battery life can last for 2 days for average use.
Phone is slippery. Drop my phone already from waist height, a bit dent on glass and frame, but no scratch or crack
