this phoe have a heating issue and now still haven't been solved i bought this phone 1 week ago when i first charging it and leave it for about few hours,when i came back the phone its like a MICROWAVE

Xioami phones are not working in America region. they work only in India as they made for India. They may work in Asia and Europe too as the countries of these continents use the same operating frequency like India.

Does the 4gb RAM variant of redmi 4 have double tap to wake feature? Bcoz some reviews have mentioned the absence of this feature.

Rest choice is yours. I had purchased this as 2gb 16gb varient, so i can live with minor problems like these.

Roger , 26 Jun 2017I m not talking about noise in image quality.i m talking ab... moreDear you are saying actually correct I am also facing the same thing and I think it's the Di fault fault in redmi 4 phone also many others negative points in redmi 4 like touch screen is not that much responsive front camera is pathetic and phone heats while using so much and heats a lot Ram management it is so poor you need to restart the phone every three or four day

sad this is a good phone but i dont feel comfy in this situation...
should go for samsung for peace of mind

rex, 22 Jun 2017hey what noise u are reffering.... its not a s8 camera ....... moreI m not talking about noise in image quality.i m talking about buzzing noise in audio while recording video .there is high pitched buzz while recording video which makes it hard to hear what u r saying in the video .
I play instrumental guitar and this buzz in audio while recording video is a deal breaker for me
I have ordered a moto g4 play now which has no such issues
