This is a Redmi 3S Prime with a slight processor upgrade. As yet no version with Band 20 LTE yet (unlike the Redmi 3S Prime)

I suggest you rather go for RDN4X if the price is the same and if it's available in your country.

I've watched the unboxing video of redmi 4x & i saw the user guide, it stated that this phone has a hybrid sim/sd slot. NO DEDICATED SD SLOT!!!!
