-the screen is very good for its price
-beastly battery
-the processor is good for most, if not all occasions. You have to note, this is the same processor that most pricier midrange phones have but xiaomi made the phone's price entry level.
-active rom community
cons
-you might not like miui. personally i like it because of the useful features stock android doesn't have.
-the speaker is quite tinny.
-camera is not consistent
-glass is not scratch proof, though you could just add tg and remove this con

My redmi note 2 battery life only last for half day without any gaming or movie. You can go ahead to buy the redmi 4 prime, hardly recommended.

A power efficient chip, 4100 mAh battery, with 1080p 5 inch display=battery champion, it might even beat the moto z play's battery life(but idk about lenovo p2)

I would like to know how the phone (Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime - snapdragon 625) works after a few months of use. Battery , overheating, and/or any other problems that would make you not wanting the phone?

Fitri Malaysia, 12 Feb 2017Hi guys i have bought this xiaomi redmi 4 prime 3 days ago.... more1. how fast is your battery drained? mine works perfectly, roughly last 20-21hrs on heavy gaming session + other stuff along day, on standby mode it last for almost 3 days(checked it out myself). if yours work around that, i think its just fine but if way below that maybe you should check if you got a defected one.
2. Maybe you should change your radio frequencies to 4G/LTE only, just put command *#*#4636#*#*

I think the endurance rating is wrong, lower than redmi 3s and redmi note 3. Actually it gives almost 1.5x more screen on time than those two i had already have

I have a question about battery life.
It's rated at 91h. The same of the Samsung Galaxy A5 2016.
If Samsung uses Snapdragon 615 (which is supposed to be less efficient than the new one 625) and has a battery 1200mAh less than the Xiami, can you explain why both have the same 91h endurance rating?
