1080p screen, snapdragon 625, 4100mAh, fingerprint sensor and awesome looks. It will be an instant hit in India if it is launched at around the usual redmi price tag.

But I doubt if it will work this time. Due to demonitisation of currency of 500 & 1000, sales are surely going to be hit badly.
Quite possible Xiaomi may postpone to 2017. But they will surely launch this in India.

Better wait for India specific launch rather than taking up any headache of rooting, global ROM and all such tweaks.

I will just summarise each one in short.
-Moto Z play - nearly stock Android,amoled screen, premium looks of Z family, SD 625,costing some 25K in India.quick updates guaranteed.
Redmi 4 prime is same SD 625, but with smaller screen,IPS LCD. It will be a great choice if you can wait until it's launch in India. It is 1/3 the tag of Moto Z play.
-mi Note2 - great phablet with SD 821,a AMOLED screen and other features at a great pricing. But yet to launch in India. I will advise you to wait for official launch in India,rather than sourcing it with different country version from other vendors. It avoids unnecessary software and other tunings.
- One+3T- great device with SD 821 and all good features. But ram management and bloatware Android is something I don't like to recommend. It will lag over time quickly.
VERDICT -
if you can wait until launch of Mi Note 2 and Redmi4prime, it will be a great choice.
Else opt for Moto Z play,if you are in a hurry.
One+3T is yet to arrive in India.So it's a last best option.
