I buy mi4A just recently, but my problems is that, it is not user friendly like any other smartphones, the specificatiins is verygood. But when I try to connect on internet and try to download apps, can't connect..please help me or advise me to this problem..thanks

Hi..Got Redmi 4a recently Mobile specification are good worth for its price value. But the sad part is my screen rotation is not working I did all the trouble shooting did the factory reset as well but still the issue persists.
Anyone can suggest what can be done.

Strangely enough i seem to like the Redmi 4A more than my previous Redmi 4X (both 2gb/16GB variants), even if the 4X had more features and a "better" processor, the Redmi 4A seems somehow more complete overall, more swift, charges much quicker no lags so far... just wish that the 4A had the 4100Mah battery as well.
