I like this phone, superb & Amazing Experience. camera good, fast processor, battery backup very nice. Smooth touch. My phone fully charge time just 2 hours to 2 hours 15 min.

Please try this:
Go to settings. Then SIM cards & mobile networks. Select the SIM slot you're getting no service. Then go to Preferred network type. Change it to 3G (assuming 4G is the default setting). If still no service, try 2G only. If still no service and you've already tried inserting it in the other slot or in another phone and it works, then the SIM slot itself is defective.
