Excellent for general usage. Had dropped the phone on hard ground a number of times but still working well. I have used it for more than a year and it is still working smoothly for many functions such as youtube, surfing web, etc.
Photography is good but its video is the greatest downfall as background sound cannot be recorded and it has difficulty taking smooth clear video with low light.
If you are not into videography, xiaomi redmi 4A is a good and cheap choice.

Cheap Phone,Great Specification,Very-Bad Bad Camera,its look like a ghost if you take a picture with this phone,all xiaomi Redmi's camera are bad,dunno why,but the Mi Series have a good camera,i've own this phone,ip x,and lg v30,and the v30 is the best.

Android is simple, if the problem can be fixed by the settings, then that's that.
If u can't, most of the time u need to factory reset ur device.

You will need a pin to unlock the tray, it is on the left side of the phone, u can see a small pin hole to access the tray. in the tray, u can whether use dual sim or a sim and a card.

Restart your phone and the phone will discover an external sd card. Then use your file manager to check your card. Never insert SD card while your phone is switched on.

This phone has a battery budge problem, don't over charge. Just changed the battery after 1.5 years and it costs Rs 1180 at the Mi service center
