I m from india and just bought a redmi note 5. And in system update phone is offering me miui 9.6.4.0 update 152mb . Now tell me guys should i go for this update or not?? Is it bugfree or any bug in this update?? Is this update safe for redmi note 5??

I have for like a month now and I'm very satisfied. Great device for the money. Weakest link is sound quality but I can live with that. Phone is very responsive, screen is sharp, battery last very long (and I play games a lot).

Purchased last week and till now I love it. Charged yesterday at 4 pm and even post 23 hours, battery is at 41%. I don't play games apart from chess but use social media and have used youtube for an hour or so as well. Just missing the portrait feature as have MIUI 10.0.2.0 stable.

Great specifications:
- it's faster
- long battery life (3-4 days)
POOR QUALITY:
- SAR values are huge.
- the display broke at first 60 cms fall
- the cover protection from the box doesn't provide a good protection. It is too flexible and instead to protect the edge it moves back
