Then email them asking for unlocking the device. You will have to wait up to 15 days, keep using the phone. Don't turn it off or do supicious activities. After they unlock the phone's bootloader, you're free to install any roms you like.

Note 5 (with SD 636, dual camera's on back etc) will be avaible, from 19 march, in China.
