I cancel the purchase of Redmi 6 or 6a due to no Infra Red blaster feature. Why Xiaomi take away the IR from this entry level phone. Even other flagship worth > USD 500 don't have it which is annoying me. IR blaster is essential to Xiaomi. Please put it back in future phone...

Good phone. I purchased the 3/32 GB variety in Yangon, Myanmar two months before it was launched in India, and at a cheaper price. The only problem I have is that, I cannot transfer my Google address book to this phone. I tried to get instructions by googling the issue, but, nothing worked. Otherwise, I have no complaints against this really smart phone.

I received this phone about a week ago. I paid $210 Canadian. Most mid range phones in Canada go for anywhere between $400 and $800 here. So far it is the fastest phone I have ever owned, not that I have ever owned a high end phone but still. The screen is great. Super responsive. The vibes are short and sweet. The battery isn't anywhere near as bad as some of these reviews claim it to be. It lasts longer than my old Samsung did in it's prime. The brightness is adaptive and display is Crystal clear. I don't ever have less than 2 bars for my network. The 4g is excellent. I can play high demand games no problem without any signs of slowing down what so ever. 4 gigs of RAM. AWESOME!

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2018No battery life, draining fast. Sond lowdraining fast? did you actually own the phone? i mean p22 is a very efficient chip with finfet 12micron. and you say the battery drain fast? you probably buy the non official version and get a fake rom.

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2018i am using 6a and don't have this issue...You're lucky. My friend got it and from 3rd day this error keeps popping up. Hope you dont get it in future.

And it seen be on switched off in the morning even it has about 16% charge in tha night..
Is it normal or anyone has the same problem
