Good phone for gaming,chatting,calling and etc.cheap price with high performances but i think camera is low.

Using it since June but didn't found anything worrying about the phone. Running smoothly. Decent cameras and colours. Overall its very decent smartphone going right on my expectations.

redmi7user, 15 Nov 2019Now, look for this in Developer options at the bottom.that did the trick. Many thanks.
To enable developer options though i needed to go About Phone and tap many times on MIUI version. After this, on Additional settings > Developer options > way down at the bottom as you said is the magic option "Encrypt device using lock screen password".
You saved me. I had contacted the official vendor of Xiaomi and they were telling me that this feature will be fixed in a future update.

On the pictures the fingerprint is on the back but in the specifications it says "rear-mounted"...

after the latest update of MIUI the option "Encrypt device using Lock screen password" is missing under privacy option. Has anyone else come across with it and knows how to fix it?
