How about the multitasking? Is redmi 9 good for multitasking? I mean when you open so many apps, and then reopen it again, is it reload again when you open it? Because I need it for my online learning.

Does xiaomi guys know that MIUI 11 and 12 bacame the heaviest OS among manufacturers .............all midrange chipsets cannot run it smoothly its just lags and lags in ordinary use disrrubt any enjoying of the thought that i have a good chipset with a low price.

to me its sucha dealbreaker to have such crap OS even if performances are better

Still satisfied with Mi A1 but the screen is broken. Which Xiaomi is a good follow-up for me? Need dual SIM, USB-C and good battery performance. Preferably not much bigger.

12MP f/1.8 back camera
It's not just MP that makes Realme 6i camera better, but also apertures - f/1.8 is way better than f/2.2.
Redmi 9 has:
FHD display
IR Blaster if you use it
8MP selfie camera
Back camera has f/2.2 apertures, basically same as 15,000 PKR Infinix phones.
Supports screen mirroring in 720p or 1080p (Realme 6i supports 480p or 720p). I forgot which resolution exactly, but Redmi 9 is higher.
MIUI is a bad OS. It's perhaps the heaviest Android OS, which is why MIUI phones have lower performance, drain more battery & heat more than other brands phone having same chipsets.
That's the full break down. In summary, Redmi 9 is only the better choice if you don't care about camera nor getting best performance & battery, and only want a phone to control/watch TV.
