All Xiaomi Redmi phones do not have any touch problem in the corner of the screen.
If you have such problem, then it is the problem of the Gboard that was pre install in our phone.
You just go to download and use other keyboard from Play Store, then the problem is solved.

QEO, 11 Jul 2020To those who tried the phone, Is there any screen problems ... moreXiaomi uses low priced screens, but for now theres no reports about image retention, however, is an LCD, so, that can happen anytime without notice, same as POLED or OLED with ghost screen and degradation, the recommendation is, dont get any used phone and trie to stay for 1 or 2 years with your new phone. But is unclear assume this will not happen to you at any moment

Anonymous, 09 Jul 2020Hi fellas. Which model you recommend, note 8, A30s or redmi... moreSince you want good camera, go for Redmi Note 8 and install Gcam on it.
Unfortunately, however, it has a lot of complaints lately, so you should also consider other phones/brands. Xiaomi Mi A3 has better camera than all these phones and costs similar where I live.
You should absolutely stay clear of Redmi 9 as well as Redmi Note 9 if you want good camera. If you know how to read camera specs, you can tell they've bad cameras just by looking at the spec sheet.
If you don't, you can check camera samples. There is a huge loss of detail and high level of noise.
Galaxy A30s has a good back camera, however its selfie camera is quite bad as well.

Wrecking Ball, 09 Jul 2020Curious why does Redmi 9 does not have EIS enabled for the ... moreProbably so you don't stop buying their other phones with Eis in same price, or so you buy their higher priced/new phones.
Samsung and Xiaomi use this tactic a lot. Why would they want to decrease their profit?
Though, Realme is less greedy as Realme 5 has Eis (I don't like that phone though).

brahimsamoro, 09 Jul 2020What about battery drainage does it drain quickly ? i saw s... moreLmfao no. Right now, Meditak has best chipsets in entry to midrange phones. They don't have battery problem, heating problem nor lower performance.
Snapdragon is only leading in flagship/upper price range right now.
These problems were there when Mediatek introduced some of its first chipsets. Not anymore. Sadly, a lot of people like to talk about things they don't understand, including most YouTubers.
For example, I've Realme 3 since 1 year with MediaTek chipset (Helio P60). To this day, I lose 0-1% battery when I go to sleep (in 7-8 hours).
If I charge it to 100% once, I never have to charge it in same day again - and I use my phone for at least 10 hours every day these days, including 4+ hours of gaming.
However, Xiaomi phones with MIUI do drain a lot of battery due to heavy software. But since this phone has 5000mAh battery, it should last at least as long as my Realme 3.

Curious why does Redmi 9 does not have EIS enabled for the video recording since Helio G80 does support it, can anyone explain why is this?
