Worked for about 2 and a half years before performance decreased. Now struggles to load simple apps like google or youtube

Worked fine for 2 1/2 years then suddenly it takes soooooooooooooooooooo long to load and the phone keeps freezing when I do an action , camera is bad , very grainy , if you got some extra budget stay away from this phone and go to an flagship model. P

Worked pretty well at the beginning but after about 2 years it freezes constantly and unless you're ok with installing a custom ROM, you're stuck with Android 10, though considering it's a budget phone it's not that surprising.

this phone sucks, seriously!
the android in it is so outdated that you might get problems with your apps
it lags freezes so much, battery life really decreased after 1 year
i always had issues with xiaomi products
only pros are storage, screen size and camera
dont buy this please, waste of money + e-waste after 2 more years

The problem is the OS is android 10 32-bit.
I unlocked the bootloader on mine and flashed an android 13 64-bit rom.
And now it's good!

This is one huge flop & one big embarrassment Xi'aoMi has to carry for long time to come.
I'm never more disappointed & frustrated for buying this piece of junk that is so laggy with such poor responsiveness!
After RedMI 9c, my confidence in Xi'aoMi phones is at the lowest & I do not wanna ever buy anything anymore, even I am skeptical in its sister brands such as Realme & Poco!
Can't believe they would throw out such junk to the market to do damage to its reputation, just so tragic!

For the first few months it was lagging and overheating on the home page, then for a few months the battery was super weak, and then it was normal for maybe 2 months and started repeaying the cycle.
I don't reccomend this.

To be honest the phone is bad at everything like camera,gaming, software.
But as a price it's quite good
But i don't recommend you to buy this phone in 2024
