Looks and performs great for an entry level phone.I have been using it for two months now and my love for it is only growing.It's the poor man's iphone in my opinion.

as redmi 9c user its still okay for the daily use and gaming also but sometimes may cause bug same as the other redmi user still have bug but over all this phone is the best budget phone

It's already 12.0.16 out of the box.I don't have any issues in this phone

I had my current... moreDO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, if you don't have a lot of money just buy a Nokia Phone mate, there are a lot of Nokia phones out there, they might be a bit more expensive but believe me they are worth it more. the redmi 9c is a really good phone and I'm curently using it but it has a problem with the display it laggs and freezes for no reason and i fix it by pressing the power button and shut down the phone then press again

Get real. This 9C costs so little but impresses me everytime I use it. Which is all day everyday since I purchased it December 2020.
And not one little issue or hickup in almost a year now.
I've gone through 2 screen protectors tho. I often drop my phone. Floor is slate and uneven so protector helped. Maybe I should write a review after a year of use for this phone somewhere. Anyone know where I can?

I buy my phone last October 29
It has no issue at all
It's Miui version is 12.0.16 already out of the box
No freezing or lagging at all
It's a good phone for its price☺️

I had my current... moreredmi 8A is 1000 times better, 8A has already received miui 12.5/android 11 but redmi 9C is still stuck on miui 12/android 10. pretty pathetic. if you're looking for an ultra budget and reliable xiaomi get the 8/8A.

Can anyone offer a less buggy alternative? I had my current xiaomi phone for 5 years. But these comments make me worry. Is this phone worth buying?

Just a reminder if you want to upgrade your MiUI make sure you have a strong wifi connection and plug-in in a socket and dont touch it .
