Whoever says this phone is working well is e... moreyour comment is ridiculous. all android phones tend to have bugs, factory reset after updates solves most of them. even if you buy an expensive flagship it's still going to have bugs.
this is a basic phone, it was not meant for gaming, your review is illogical.
you can't use the phone for something it wasn't meant for.
i browse on this phone and it's fast enough. battery life is good.
overall the phone is a good value for its price.
loud speakers, mic is ok, never had any of the bugs you describe.
camera is basic but that's understandable.
this is a really good phone for basic needs.

Miui 12,android 10
Full of bugs
I thought it was used before the first day I opened it just from how slow it was
Forget gaming it's literally crashing or freezing
Its even terrible on browsing
Photos look like they were taken from a Nokia fliphone
Microphone has trash quality
The sound is too fkin "loud" I can use it for sleeping asmr
Let's not forget how many bugs it has too
Randomly opening apps on the first day, after update it got fixed
I had to buy it as an emergency phone had no expectations but this phone is below cheap fluo phone level lol
Guess u only care about popular models xiaomi

I don't really care about the quality of the camera or the internal storage, all I care about is having 5ghz. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee I need 5ghz I can't play with 2.4ghz.

Still on 12.0.21. Absolutely no issues. I know that the 9A is on 12.5. So I realize many 9C users are angry because the 9A is cheaper than our phones and they have had 12.5 for a while now.....
So I dunno what Xiaomi have up their sleeve for our 9C phones. All I can think of is there must be a very good reason for the delay. KEEP.US.INFORMED.XIAOMI.

i have redmi 9c 4GB and 128GB internal storage and the phone waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay fast with me and to be honest don't buy any phone less than 4GB this days if you want smooth experience and i think xiaomi installed on it 32bit of miui because the 2GB version will not be able to handle the 64bit version of miui but hopefully they give miui 12.5 sooner

I play the game in a broken state I beg to be able to solve it. what i expect is MIUI version update. because the MIUI version update can make the cellphone run smoothly. so I need MIUI version update, I'm waiting. Thank You.

redmi 9c is such a scam. 32 bit mode my ass its lag as fuck and i cant even install 64 bit apps which is btw too fucking common nowadays all i can do in this phone is watch, altho the processor is great its useless if you cant install what games you want.
just dont buy it

MIUI 12 Screen freezing (Touch response lag) problem guaranteed solution.
Developer Options > set animation scale to 0.5X for all animations.
Screen freeze problem solved for me, and Its been almost a month since fix. Permanently fixed.
The fix seems weird, but it actually works.

Fast processing and big internal space. The display is very smooth like that of IPhone

Don't buy this phone my 9c already slow in charging
I buy this phone October last year and after 4 months this phone is already charging slow even you use the original charger
I already use other 10 watts charger but its the same its so slow to charge
