Have just applied security patch for 1/08/2022 (August).
Somewhat slow to reboot, but the process went well and most importantly, the phone completed the process successfully and isn't bricked.

Redmi 9t sucks, when I woke up this morning i checked my phone as a part of my routine and was shocked because my phone is dead. it doesn't respond to the force reboot and I even leave it charging but I got nothing. it is pass 16 hours already and there's no improvement.

Shadow, 13 Aug 2022Which is safer to buy 9T or 10CNote 11 is better. Don't buy both of them, first with 9T, this phone has death boot issue ( Poco M3 as well ), then 10C, this is totally Redmi Note 11 downgrade version, same chipset - Snapdragon 680 and UFS 2.2 storage but display, speaker, charging are worse than. And Note 11 usually has some discount with good price. The best bang for your buck right now.

I've been using it for a little over a year. No issue in general. However, I have exchanged it with my wife's Samsung A03s (a huge downgrade) as I have to use dual SIM, and Redmi 9T I've been using caused a lot of challenges. My phone was appearing off when people called me, although it was on and not being used.

Then 18 months later, this thing is still alive. It survived all SU and GPSU that requires reboot and also still rebootable.
I'm one of the few lucky plebs out here.
