I swear this phone is just so problematic, not a worth for my money. I can't update it because once it dies it won't turn on, now It's laggy and it need to get updated, I tried updating it but it's not opening now. We've sent it to technicians multiple times now but nothing helps. It's the systems fault.

I bought mine, April first, I was enjoying it, good camera, nice features...Until the phone died last week, without falling, water didn't enter, just went off and refuse to turn on, I took it to their customer care and they were not able to repair it....Good phone but doesn't last at all

Let the battery drain completely, then try to charge. if you plug your charger and it doesn't come up, then it means your battery isn't completely drained. Draining the battery usually takes 3 - 7 days depending on the percentage of battery left when the issue happened.

Here is my opinion on the 9T (6/128). Overall good performance, especially the battery which gives me long hours of playing. One thing to note is yes, it can run genshin but on low settings which still looks beautiful. I've been seeing a lot of reviews here with the dead boot issue, I myself haven't encountered it yet even tho I've restarted my phone a couple of times already tho I haven't tried draining the battery to 0%. I haven't updated to the latest ver also, but I will eventually or maybe not :^)
All in all, I would recommend it (the 6/128 variant) and for those who just want to play games on it or genshin without getting bothered by low settings (you also need to take note that it runs better without anything heavy running in the background)

my redmi 9T also stuck on deadboot (wont turn on) after updating version. Now i lost my work and my stuff. Xiaomi should responsible towards their customers because of hardware faulty not supporting latest version.

I'm still using the very first 9T system cause i'm wary of system bugs that have been happening to some reviews after their updates. Is v12.0.17.0 a good update to update to? Or should i just stay with the default?
