Before buying this phone in February 2021, I compared it with some Samsung and Huawei phones in the same price range, on GSMArena! Surprisingly, it beats all of them! If this "deadboot" problem was present at that time, I wouldn't have bought it at all. But thankfully, my phone has not giving me any problem at all. I've updated from version 12.0.1 to the present 12.0.15.

I have bought redmi 9t before one week.
1. Screen brightness is very poor in a bright day.
2. Mobile vibration is very high while using speakers.. also speaker sound is not good.

Anonymous, 03 Sep 2021I have Redmit 9t with miui 12.0.5. is it safe if i update it?Mine came with 12.0.4. Was giving the option to update it to 12.0.11. Used it 2 days then decided to take the risk. Thankfully nothing happened. Phone was a bit laggy at first after booting up for the first time after update but seems fine now. Yet to face any new bugs and issues. Battery timing is still strong with no performance issues.

Will the deadboot issue be fixed in the future software update? Cause I really like the phone but I'm hesitating to buy it cause of the deadboot issue

Dont update it. Bcz once you reboot your phone it won't turn on.
