RC, 14 Sep 2021Hi. Just ordered the Redmi 9t and read a lot of reviews abo... moreI've updated my Xiaomi redmi 9t to MIUI 12.0.11 after I unboxed the phone. It's been 2 weeks and no issues were encountered so far.

It's been almost 2 weeks, no issues were encountered. Just don't expect too much for gaming because if you set your graphics too high it will heat up. Gyro in CODM is delay and it's expected. MOBA Games doesn't have problems with high graphics. And for genshin impact, sadly it can't handle even the lowest setting. As for the camera, it's pretty good for the price especially if you love taking pictures outdoors. Side fingerprint have a slight delay.

Okay so I just bought it today and I inserted sim card the sim card was giving signals just fine but when I went to the settings it showed me that sim card was not set I tried everything on the Internet to fix the problem and the big issue is that no one can call you either. The" default for calls" option doesn't turn on either.

I've used several types of low-end smartphones - mid range in terms of specs. From Xiaomi Mi 4, Nokia 5, Vivo Y30, Redmi Note 9 Pro and now realme C25S. I change my smartphone just because I'm bored, not because my smartphone has big problem like hang, boot loop or anything. Everything is alright. They all have never had serious problems like people on this site say, such and such problems. If it's just a matter of frame drop or delaying MI 4 and Nokia 5 while playing big games. But the game can still be run even though the game size is larger than the RAM capacity, only a little lagging and frame drop, there is no total stop or forced close. For Redmi Note 9 Pro and realme C25S it runs smoothly, except when playing Ghensin impact or Honkai impact. I am surprised because I often see people having serious problems with smartphones, including on the explanation page about the types of smartphones that I have used. In all the smartphone brands and types described on this site, there are always people who have serious problems with the smartphone. Truly? Or just the salespeople fighting. LoL

Found a way around the deadboot issue. If you want to restart your phone restart it by holding the power button and the down volume button. hold it and let go when the xiaomi logo shows up.
Also found a way to open up a deadboot where you dont have to painstakingly wait for the bat to drop to 0%. Draining your battery actually damages or shorten the battery's lifespan/reduced battery capacity so this would prevent that. It works for Redmi 9T and PocoX3. Do note that this is only for those of you who are willing or have the tools to open the back panel of your phone. The only tools you'll need are Star screwdriver and a Heat gun/Hot air blower, if you dont have anything that fancy a good ol' Hair blower will do.
if you know your way around a phone then all you have to do is remove the panel in the back where the "charging IC" is you remove its cap then reheat it with a heat gun/hair blower 25-30 seconds will do just fine. After that put everything back together just not all the way because you'll test it first. assemble everything up to the point where you unscrewed the panel. You can test if it worked by plugging the charger, wait a couple of seconds then VIOLA it opens up. now dont restart your phone or dont let it drain ever again till xiaomi fix this mess.
for those of you who are not familiar with these and want to try it out ill leave a link in here for you to watch the process. Note that in his vid he used "flux" before reheating but you dont really need it if you're planning to use a hair blower.
heres the link, im not quite sure if this site allows sharing links so ill just do this.

it works but its up to you if you want to try. i dont want you to waste money on service centers because they'll just rip you off saying things like they have to replace something or a hardware of yours is broken which happened to my friend who also has Redmi 9T. I can tell you that they did exactly the same thing because when he got his phone back, they messed up his finger print scanner, he tried to restart the phone and it went back to deadboot so he sent it back again. This time they didn't mess up assembling his phone back and told him not to reboot/shut down/or update his phone he had to pay 50 dollars equivalent to our country's currency so yeah that sucks. They'll either rip you off or not know how to fix the deadboot saying its a hardware problem and that there's nothing they can do. so yeah guys here's a solution to you all.
