Mine finally packed up. I manually downloaded the 12.0.0.5 update last Saturday and i as i was installing it needed to reboot and of course it blacked out, waited for the normal 3 days for battery drain, didn't work, waited till the 4th day and still no sign of life. I will take it to the seller Shop but i seriously doubt he will be of help. I am so regretting why i bought this piece of crap. I will have to dig into my savings now just to get a device to use for the main time.

This evening, I updated my phone to version 12.0.15 and it was successful! I didn't encounter any problem at all!

geekygecko, 04 Aug 2021my redmi 9T wont start up after rebooting. its been 3 days ... moreI have the exact same problem. Used it for about 4 months then I woke up one morning and it was switched. Not even one prior problem. Took it to the service center they said it was the battery. 2 days later it had the same problem. Now we are awaiting shipping for parts. It’s very important to note that I had had zero problems with the battery before this issue. I’m terribly upset.

Redmi 9t is a good phone according to hardware but for software especially firmware update is bad, some people will experience bootloop or cannot reboot after update. So, i recommend you to to not update this phone, and your phone will be okay

Please i have problem with this brand.... Keep getting complains from friends that try to call me but I'm always unreachable.... It's becoming so annoying, knowing my network signal is ok.... Any solution to this?
