I can confidently tell you that Redmi 9T has SECOND SPACE and I have activated mine. I'm using the 4/64GB version. But it's not like other Xiaomi phones where you can just switch from settings. You have to active it via developer mode. I wish i can upload photos or videos on how you people can activate it here.

If you just got the phone update the recorder app and your call recorder will be enabled. Update it from playstore, if u can't find it there go to settings and click on system apps updater, available system the requires update will pop out.
This phone comes with a default call recorder and mine is working

What I've noticed is that, yes, it takes a much longer time to charge the battery! It took me two and a half hours to charge from 26% to 96%, which is 70%! But, as for the battery, I haven't noticed any significant change! I haven't as at yet, come across any bugs too. It's smooth!
