jcchimaera, 12 Mar 2019gonna buy my back up phone soon, this or nokia 1 plus? 🤔Picked up 2 for my two young kids yesterday as emergency phones, must say it's very useable for basic usage. UI very smooth most of the time, larger apps takes long to run and sometimes crash so wouldn't bet on it for gaming.

just got me a hisense infinity e9, 2gb ram, 16gb rom, with fingerprint scanner and face unlock. very affordable phone. r1999-00, it runs so smooth and can play any high end games smoothly. i give it a 10 out of 10.

3x, there is no Android Go version of that "smartphone" from your world with more than (only) 1GB of RAM memory, and that was my fist comment to you (this is also last)..
If you still don't belive, just look at Nokia 1 Plus, smartphone from 2019, with (GO) Pie out of box, that phobe is also limited (like rest GO phones) to 1GB.
If you don't like it, there is a phones with full os versions with 2,3,6,8 (soon with 12) GB of RAM.
It seems you need to learn to accept fact :P

I now what go edition is u low iq person, but are to nervous for discussion. I am in smartphone world far more than u,so go comment something else,this is not place for u. Its better (for you) to save some money and buy normal phone with normal spec for 2019 :D
Even Xiaomi have couple of them if you're fan of Xiaomi (but not of MIUI because this phone does not run anything similar to that custom rom).

Oh, Xiaomi... If Android One is optimized to work with 1 GB RAM, it doesn't matter, that you must make phone with only 1 GB RAM in 2019. Actually, it's cutted version of old Redmi 4A or 5A in new body and with new OS, but it doesn't cost $100.

You might want to check out the Moto E5 Play... moreYou're right there is plenty phones with similar price (87-80$) from 2018, but at least with 16/2gb combo. Even Xiaomi have 5a, 6a, 6 (3/32gb) for similar price. On the other hand, Nokia 2.1 (also Android Go phone) here cost 45 euros, unlocked... So guess this Redmi Go, will be soon in that price (or even cheaper).
But my point was than Android Go phones 'only' have 512mb or 1gb max RAM memory. Internal storage is also limited to 16gb (most of them have 8gb), and thats because od Google limitation for Go versions, not OEMs..
Maybe that will change in the future (with Android Pie Go phones out of box), but for now, thats is what it is.

promitbasak, 23 Feb 2019Do you know there is phone called Asus ZenFone Live (L1) ZA550KL?Android Go edition is G552KL with only 1 Gb of RAM.
Anyway, Asus here is only in PC segment, nobady buys Asus phones here, because of, well Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Sony, Honor, even Xiaomi..
It seems you dont know difference between Android Go and Androidone devices.
But yiu must know this, if is there any chance for 2,3,4GB of RAM, Xiaomi Redmi Go will be at keast with 2.
