I bought one and used it currently cool, but this morning when I pressed the on button..it shows the start up signals but it still keep on and on...cant open up the screen.. what can I do? any advise appreciated.

Clearly it is meant for low end users who don't need high end graphics intensive hardware.
High end Games need good graphics power and this phone is specially marketed as a low end offering.
Please understand the purpose and then criticize the phone.

I bought the redmi go from gearbest last year brand new for £36.99 I was pleasantly suprised
on receipt i find the phone ample for my needs i aint a gamer the photography is eexcellent and overall as good a phone as ive ever had try it and see

For a cheap smartphone it is surprisingly good, The battery seems to outperform most of the others at similar prices. Cameras work well enough . Everything else is pretty good. The only thing missing is an external light o show missed calls etc.But otherwise a good phone.And unlike many smart phones it isn't the size of a small TV! Very pocketable.

This phone is very bad, xiaomi could have given amoled display,screen to body ratio is very less,chipset should have been given SDM 700+ series with octa core, ram should be atleast 4GB,camera about 32mp rear & 16mp front, no fingerprint or facelock and only a 3000 li-ion battery,it must have a 4000mah li-po battery. DIDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM XIAOMI !!!

Great phone for simple needs, like playing movies, music, some internet & whatsapp etc.
Good battery, compared to huawei & samsung.
Never update Android on this phone. It slows down the device.
