There is a reason why actual flagships are not utilising these sensors ,and by actual flagships I mean Samsung's and iphones and pixels not these Chinese junk OnePlus,vivo,oppo,xaiomi,and whatever

bruhMoment, 07 Oct 2019I can understand why you are not happy with this phone from... moreAdditional information ,none of the 48mp sensors have dual pixel focussing system which way faster and accurate than pdaf so the hardware itself maybe 48 mp or 100 mp or even 1000mp but it's useless if you can't focus the images at that moment

bruhMoment, 07 Oct 2019I can understand why you are not happy with this phone from... moreWell I have done all the custom roms ,mods and stuff and left it last with rn5pro,and you can't expect to charge 28k for a device that is supported from community,if that is the case then close down xaiomi company and rather let xda team sell their phones,if you want to be globally success then you have give quality that's what I said it can have all the bells and whistles of hardware but it will never be a flagship producing company or even flagship killer ,heck it can't even utilise the hardware what it's giving ,sorry to say all these gcams and stuff don't stand chance with original stock cameras of flagships or proper branded company ,gcam isn't working god like itself ,the pixel devices have optimised hardware for it produce the results they produce which is unmatched,so all this gcam junk is just high exposure and slow shutter speed and that I can shoot with manual mode,it's the default camera itself that has pathetic image processing

Well I would wait for the next u... moreI can understand why you are not happy with this phone from Xiaomi like most other average consumers who care very little about utilizing the phone and just want it to work right out of the box.
When buying a Xiaomi phone, I think the most value it offers largely comes from the support from the community behind it (xda, reddit,..).
Bad stock camera? You got google camera to replace it
Not used to MIUI? Tons of roms to choose from since Xiaomi allows you to unlock the bootloader.
Tons of mods to choose from (81hz display, semi-dual speaker, overclock kernel,...)
If you willing to accept the support from the community behind it, then I bet the user experience is nothing short of what the $1000 flagships offer.

Well I would wait for the next u... moreVery true that's why i sold my K20pro in 2months of usage and switched back to my most trusted brand Samsung. Bought a Note10 for myself & now I'm happy.

Anticipating new update
Well I would wait for the next update in this month if it doesn't improve the camera for which I basically bought this phone to see 48mp ,wide angle,night mode( which has been a disastrous experience) I will sell of this phone and probably go back to my earlier trusted and 100 times much camera device.just because these people have put 3 cameras to provide versatility doesn't mean the quality is remotely good and probably it's pathetic with updates and improvements,over sharpened ,grainy pictures in day or night ,there is absolutely no smoothness in the pictures,front camera as by now all know is pathetic,night mode is absolutely junk,so this month would be the last and even though would sell this of in loss I would be happy

Please just install google... moreIt has serious focussing issues for close up objects because unlike dual pixel technology it uses pdaf and pdaf is never fast and accurate,and by close up shots I mean actual close up shots and not something like shooting a flower ,laser focusing is a joke as it has limited range,night mode is supposed to get better pictures in night and in low light not when there is light around the night shots and it fails there,f2.2 with .8 microns for front camera ,are you serious? And that too with fixed focus

Please just install google... moreWhy?,I did not pay money to use Google camera port on a phone,it's the job of xaiomi to improve camera software and deliver the services as per the price,this is probably the main reason why it can have all the bells and whistles of hardware but will never be able to match a properly optimised lower camera specs as of imx363 on several phones,when one is advertising it as flagship killer then get close to and beat flagships in some features which it fails in terms of camera at least,hell it can't even beat Nokia 8.1 in terms of picture quality both front and back

It somuch better . From front and back . With night shift . This camera is excellent .
Install google cam .
