Great phone..but no card slot should be a deal breaker for me,and can't stand Chinese crap like Miui...only the the 256gb model i can have a go for but price remains unknown..

Ill much get this phone than the mi 9. Mi 9 does not even have stereo speakers and ir blaster. This phone has a Bigger battery, headphone jack, no notch and overall better design

Redmi K20 pro is a very good phone, redmi brand are giving their best shot to make cheaper and better phone.
If I may have suggestion, redmi needs to widen their option for example 5.8 - 5.99 inch amoled display with sd 855 would be best.
I usually put my phone on my pocket and anything above 148mm length is not too suitable to put in.
Just my 2 cent of opinion...
I think redmi K20 pro is adding alternative for people who wants high specs phone with cheap price... Again kudos for them.
More choices is good for customer.

I like how people are complaining sbout stereo blaster and ir blaster when its a 350 dollar phone which offers flagship specs. There is also the legendary headphone jack which most brand nowadays have ditch it. I dont see samsung or oneplus phones having an ir blaster. At this price, i am already glad that it has an amoled screen and headphone jack.

I'm on the MI Chinese website now and I've translated the page and the following:
"4G: LTE FDD: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8"
Three Uses 800/1800MHz which is band 20/3
Voda uses 800/2600MHz which is band 20/7
EE uses 800/1800/2600MHz which is band 20/3/7
O2 uses 800MHz which is band 20
I understand the missing of the band 20 is a bit of a shot in the leg, especially when it's the lowest frequency band and it's the best because it can travel further so you can get a better signal. But count us Brits lucky mate, could be worse, could be American. Good luck trying to find a Chinese phone that supports 4G American bands

No IR blaster, no stereo speakers...no NFC, no WIreless charging, for the price is OK...but its not flagship killer, not even close cause it cuts many features...NO GO!!! Better deal is still Mi 9.

Btw guys, in case you didn't know
This phone supports 27 fast watt charging but in the box, you'll get a standard 18-watt charger (You have to buy the 27 fast watt charger from the Mi website)
Lenovo did the same with the Z6 pro

Its a really good phone for the price but no option for expandable storage is no for me. I have already invested in a good SD card.

I'm disappointed that it is missing stereo speakers and band 12. Definitely gonna get the oneplus 7 pro over this.
