The sound is either so quiet that it might as well not be there, or just an amplifier to increase the frequency range by a tiny bit.

Come on guys. The specs written here aren't finalise yet. Besides, if you guys demand too much out of this budget flagship smartphone, then expect to pay a lot more. This smartphone is intended to bring high end functionality for the mid end budget capable consumer. If you are a Sultan's son then this is not suitable for you. Go f*** somewhere else

Very poor decisions from xioami to remove stereo speakers we are xioami lover we expect finally add stereo peaker and other specs is OK these phone but xioami need to keep it reasonable price cut price is 350$ if they do it it will be the flagship killer one plus 7pro

Anyone else doesn't want a damn phone with a moving parts? I don't care if it has snapdragon 20000000000. The phone's are fast enough, just give me a decent phone without the dust gathering weird looking ""innovation"". Teardrop is fine. It's fine. It's okay. It's good Enough.

better pure $ value than 1+7 non-Pro (and 300 mAh more), but I will still pay extra for the 7 to get UFS 3.0, stereo, super fast in-display FP reader (seriously, watch videos on how stupidly instant fast the OP7 Pro FP-reader is and the 7 has the same one) and the best Oxygen OS over MIUI
notch isnt an issue, the small V notch looks cute and isnt obtrusive + that way you keep Face Unlock
Asus is not for me, with its OS (pure stock isnt good either, too barebones) and IPS display and questionable flip camera which will leave a hole in the case .. plus I hardly trust Asus as a company

Anonymous, 20 May 2019Oh it better be there, otherwise hard pass even if they sel... moreon other side, asus zenfone 6 has only lowend IPS display and also fingerprint reader on back ,in 2019? lol ,i dont like it..and btw support of asus is also not best, support of xiaomi brand is in that way much better .. i think best value is Oneplus 7 pro but his price is very high..

Kinda would be nice if it had at least some sort of 'unofficial' water resistance... My issue with devices like this is that you've got 6.39" screen, which is already fragile on its own due to its size, but they also add glass back for extra crackability, so that's enough concerns about the phone's longterm usage. Having some sort of water resistance would surely put at least some peace in people's minds, if they already have to settle down for giantic glass sandwich.
