they pick mi9t camera module which is very bad,for that amount of cash there is no excuse,prices in euro is around 400 mark,too close to s20fe which is superior device

A nice phone which does not come with a headphone jack is a trash phone. So Redmi K40 is a trash phone for me. Maybe some prefer to use wireless headphone but not for me.

Wow this price is unbelievable.
I would say even in Europe this would be a solid deal even if it cost 100$.

Xiaomi is doing great. Giving flagship grade spec with very competitive price range. Only the drawback is their software which is not up to the standard.

They don't have the same camera layout and this is an AMOLED screen,so apart from being made by the same company,the two devices are no more similar than any other current device.

That camera setup is gonna be iffy. According to Kimovil it uses the same main sensor as the Redmi K20. I'm not sure how much the lenses, SoC, or software are going to affect that, but if it's the same it'll mean this is only competitive at photography against phones like the Galaxy Note 9.
I'm noticing more manufacturers are taking this shortcut now. Like Samsung using the same setup on the S21+ as they did on the S20.
(oh and even the K30 uses a better sensor, if my memory serves me right, though that uses a SD730G so it might not perform better at photography)
