I'd be down for the 8gb/256gb of this even without a telephoto cam (not even OIS on the main cam) or a headphone jack or expandable memory if they could keep the price of the international version of that configuration under 400USD (close to China price). But I have a feeling that in my country, we are going to get the 6gb/128gb configuration for the price of the K40 China 8gb/256gb and the international version of the K40 Pro 8gb/256gb for about 200USD more and no international K40 Pro+. *Sigh* I honestly just want a global Xiaomi 5G phone with 256gb rom even with just a midrange chipset like the Redmi 10X pro (that has a telephoto cam, headphone jack and expandable memory), which is sadly China exclusive. Hoping for the upcoming Mi 11 lite to make that happen but I'm not holding my breath since neither the Mi 10 lite nor the Mi 10T lite was released in my country. Can't even buy from gray sellers anymore as Xiaomi has started to lock their China exclusive phones from Google services.

It will cost around $450 or more for 8gb one.
So yeah cheap but not that cheap, I guess

It has aluminimum frame and glass back (Gorilla Glass 5 at minimum). Redmi K40 still has unknown build. They didn't publish it on the presentation. Maybe K40 has plastic frame and plastik back. So, it feel cheaper on hand.
Mi 10T Pro has better camera spec (at least on paper) and has barometer just like other popular brand like Apple and Samsung S/Note series.

I really made a mistake by purchasing Mi 10T Pro. I should've skipped it for K40. They literally killed there own phone. Now they are selling it dirt cheap price to clean the stock.

The vanilla K40 seems like the best deal.
By saving over 100 euros, you lose nothing apart from some grunt in the chip and cameras. And the Snapdragon 870 is nothing to scoff at either.

No band 20 support means you shouldn't buy it if you live in Western Europe. Check your own country bands if it's important for you.
