same sim card SIMBA/TPG can detect 5g in K40 but with my K60 5g couldn't detect 5g, why?

hi, is there possibility that xiaomi apply region lock (network 5g band or all network cannot be use beside in china) so their china phone cannot be sell and used in other country ? i read realme / xiaomi / oppo / oneplus already did in some model . anyone have experience about region lock ? or oppion about this ? i don't want waste 500usd+ in phone that i cannot use in the future.

I just want to ask does K60 has a face recognition-based unlocking feature or only fingerprint unlocking?
Also what about it's camera results front as well as back?
