Just got one Upgrade version (1.7Gversion),I'm tried to use a week, that's my comment:
Pros
1.big & clear screen quality
2.very fast response
3.very fast speed for wifi
4.mui os have a new fresh feelings if you used too many android or ios before
5.bigger & can replaceable battery,can long last using your phone 3 days for normal use with cpu control
6.very thin
7.very cheap accessories (back cover,battery...etc)
8.10 point multi touch !!(but who will use?)
9.good sound
10.Dual sim card
Cons
1.using Google play not very smooth
everytime when I try dl some apps ,first time tap always fail;but try to tap again it work smoothy, so wierd
2.a little bit lag for some 3D game(eg,real racing 3)
3.ear volume a little bit low (need to use development mode to tune up)
4.easy heat up when play game (even turn off all connection only play personal game)
5.back cover easily scratch(thanks for cheap price accessories)
6.even 2G ram,but so many internal apps take place so that you only can use seldom ram buffer
I bought it from HK,so that's a WCDMA version ,I'm just use about a week, first of all I could say that it's a cheap, well phone, which phone at that price could be better then that?

My phone,redmi note have difficulty to connect my house wifi.. When I use Samsung, it works perfectly. Is there anything that can helps this? I have been trying to on n off my wifi even I reboot my phone for few times, it is still the same. It will only connect for free mins n after that disconnected.

Hi I actually just bought a Redmi note, happily downloaded new themes, then i notice my lock screen missing (it went straight to home screen) and after awhile, there's no lock screen or whatever screen - it's just black. Is it a bug? What should I do? Gone case dy?

I have this phone too.. It is working perfectly. No issues at the moment. Google play download, system updates are working well. Got my from mi singapore

it may be your phone is faulty.. I got the phone and I was using Samsung Note (I) before..
it works flawlessly and beautiful in everyway.. I installed Aviate UI and its pretty much perfect for what I use.. (I can get up to 2 days or more on a single charge..)
only bad thing is only Sim1 support 3G and sim2 doesn't..
