I read somebody here complaining about RedMi ring tone alert--too soft to be heard. And here I thought it's just me.
Tell me, are all ring tones soft? No matter what model? I can barely hear my phone ring; hence, all the miscalls.

I hv bought xiomi redmi note3(3GB RAM & 32 GB internal)...here when I get incoming call then Some times I can here incoming call' ring tone alrt.. N sum times it is not audible..bcz of that I m missing calls...even the cell's volume is full still itz not audible... when ring tone was not audible den I went to setting>sound>ringtone N wen I selected different inbuilt ring tones den error occurs as "can't connect to netwrk".. And again after 1-2 hours automatically widout any setting I got d ring tone audible... What is the connection of inbuilt ring tone and network?? Why like dis happening...I m not getting it.. Is Der any fault in speaker or what??? Plzz help

Never buy xiomi products services are very poor and insufficient no of service center.you will never get a positive response from them.

When I want to get some file or some song video that time i can't connect to my from phone to my computer.but Camera(PTP) option I can open.Kindly any one pls help me.

I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note3 3GB on 27April flash sale, received the delivery on 4.5.2016. When i connect head phone it is not working the icon of headphone plugged in always show ,in service center ,there people told me the entire lot is defective please contact company.I called customer care and asked for return they denied as they dont have return policy and registered request for replacement on 13.5.2016.Now after 1 month despite daily follow up NO ACTION is been taken from their side and still that defective phone defective phone is lying at me.The customer service people asks for PATIENCE, But commit any time line This is really disgusting and doesn't suggest anyone to purchase mi product as service are really bad

worst mobile so many bug are not fixed. my mobile got over heating(like iron box) and automatically power off multiple times(15 mins),and also got horizontal shaded white lines on the display.

MI Prime note 2 is totally complaint mobile..display,over heating,no battery backup and on off switch..so frnds dont purchased MI Phones..my mobile is already in Malad mumbai service centre.

Can't make speaker ON, hold to see contacts, conference calls. Since once call is received screen is not appearing. And even can't cut the call until other one cuts. Then only screen is appearing.
Please let us how can be resolved.
