using redmi note 4 a week now and I think the battery drains a little bit fast having a 5.5" display and only 720p resolution not 1080p as compared to Lg g2. maybe due to miui implementation for imitating iOS in terms of themes, animations and notifications etc. the display is superb for a 720p resolution, its fast but not super fast. build quality is solid for a plastic or maybe its frame is metal because its weight is heavy, screen bezel is thick. gorilla glass, camera is good but not in low light. miui customisation is pretty good, very like it personally, heating during games is normal. the only thing I don't like as of this writing is the bezel. too much thick for me but every thing is very good especially the price for its overall quality.

A Decent Smartphone at 8999/-
With overall Experience with this mobile usage in 24 hours - it scores 7.5
1)Screen at 5.5 is really good with Corning Gorilla 3, good viewing angles.
2)UI - A little different for first time users. Will get used it. We have options to download themes(limited options) . Will be able to set Launcher setting,screen navigation settings etc
3)Music - Not for music lovers who will expect loud sound. You will not be able to hear your phone ringing if you are at traffic with full notification volume ON. But Sound clarity is feels good in loud speakers
4)Camera - 13 MP rear captures good pic in good lighting conditions. At low light not that expected. 5MP is really good for selfies. Pics are really good. Captures decent pictures. No much camera options like light conditions,Exposure settings.
5)Gaming - Yes, doing pretty good. NO Lag at all.Have been playing Deer Hunter so far. Friends suggest Asphalt 8 or Trigger 2.
6)Call quality - good,Data connection 2G or 3G doing pretty good.
Yet to explore much on this NOTE.

nice screen, good build quality, but very poor camera quality, no details ,lots of grains.
Otherwise slim and nice

Just received my redmi today. Till time much satisfied with everthing. Esp. Battery is mindblowing. Camera i felt good as i have just used in low light condition. Display brillient. And touch smooth like butter. Typing on such big display. Thumbs have enough space mark on keyboard

it has gorilla glass 3 confirmed by gogi rana. The kitkat and miui6 updates are confirmed for 4g version but not for 3g. still 3g version is better device because of dual sim at cheaper price. 4g technology is not fully available at india and is very costly in kolkata .

if you think of Qualcomm as Intel Inside of mobile world then mediaTek can be think of as AMD processors for mobile world.
my 1yr old lava phone with Mtk6577+sgx531 processor can play 720p videos. but galaxy s2 with qualcomm+adreno200 that cost 2000Rs more than my lava at that time can't even play 480p videos properly
